* A reasonable discount will be made on purchases of multiple artworks (Two or more)
* An Invoice will be forwarded to the buyer upon final payment.
Shipment.

All Artworks listed on the BMCFA website now has complimentary Shipment Australia Wide.
* International buyers will be informed on delivery once a suitable freight company has guaranteed shipment. Please make contact regarding overseas shipment.
* Artworks can be collected from the Artist studio.
* All Artworks are packed securely and with great care, however Brendon Mogg Contemporary Fine Art does not take any responsibility for loss or damage.
Export Restrictions/Customs.
* All Taxes and Duties including Customs and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These are a Government requirement of import.
Return Policy.

Refunds only apply for standard full price listings and will not apply to Clearance or discounted Artworks.
If you would like to return the purchased Artwork at the full price, please email brendon_mogg@yahoo.com within Five (5) days of delivery of the artwork stating your reason for wanting to return. You will be provided a return address and ask that you organise return shipment within Three (3) days.
There are no returns on external framed artwork and purchases shipped outside of Australia.

There are no returns on external framed artwork and purchases shipped outside of Australia.
Returned artwork MUST be in its original sellable condition and packaging (repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the artist). If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to BMCFA. The buyer must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping. BMCFA will not accept returns for items that have been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. If this is found to be the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Once the artwork safely reaches the seller, BMCFA will process the refund to the original purchaser's method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for refund.
Reserving an Artwork.
* Brendon Mogg Contemporary Fine Art can reserve a maximum of two Artworks for a limit of two weeks. No deposit is required. The Artwork will be noted as 'Under consideration' below the Artwork details. Any support you may require for potential sales will be made during this two week period.
Viewing an Artwork.
* Brendon Mogg Contemporary Fine Art offers you to personally visit the studio of Brendon Mogg to browse any available Artwork that you may have interest in.
The studio is based in North Parramatta NSW (Sydney, Australia). Please make contact for an appointment and allow three days prior to your visit.
Commissions. Brendon Mogg does not offer the option to produce commission artworks.
Layby.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid at the time of purchase
A further 35% is to be paid within the second month of purchase.
The final installment of 40% is to be paid within three months of purchase.
* NO REFUND ON LAYBY.
* All Artwork remains the property of the Artist until full payment is finalised.
Images.
* Further images of any artworks you may see on the Brendon Mogg Contemporary Fine Art website are available upon request.
A series of close-up images along with several insitu images will be forwarded to you via email to support your interest. Please feel free to ask for further images.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) & PayPal.
